This place is a great place to get your wedding dress! The people were kind and patient in helping me find what I wanted. (Because when I walked in there I had no idea, seriously I must've tried on like 30 dresses and slowly we just narrowed it down to what I liked and disliked and what I ended up wanted was nothing what I imaged I would end up wearing so don't be afraid to try on something you never even pictured yourself in)I ended up finding my wedding dress here and I needed alterations which they were quick to start on for me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I live in the northern part of the state and I had to make 4 trips down there instead of 3 because on they weren't able to get my veil in sooner. ( I got it like a week before my wedding). Also when I went there they were having a special sale, I don't know if its a yearly thing or what, but if you bought your dress the same day you came shopping you received $200 of your dress and 1/2 off your veil.
BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD LOOKING FOR A DRESS! I'm so glad I made the trip to Rose Tree! They had an amazing, vast collection of prom dresses and I was so pleased. My friend and I also received awesome help from some very friendly ladies. I totally recommend going here for all your prom/formal/wedding needs
Still my favorite place to find anything for a special occasion. From homecomings, prom, pageants to now my wedding dress, there’s no place that compares to the selection at The RoseTree. If you’re looking for something special & unique that you can’t find anywhere else, this is your place! Grateful for the years of great customer service, and a staff that feels more like a family.
If I could I would give a zero. I am a plus size woman and went to this shop very excited to look for my dress and bridesmaid dresses. The first sales lady was friendly and said no matter what they can get my size to look at any of the dresses. She gave me a swatch to check colors and while looking an older sakes lady took the swatch out of my hand and told me I could only look at about 10 dresses. It ruined the experience for me and my bff.
